Hi Experts,
Can you please tell me how can I verify following statement:-

Do all non application user accounts authenticate directly to the database?

Check the PASSWORD field in DBA_USERS. If it shows as GLOBAL or EXTERNAL then the account does not authenticate directly to the database.
