An order has been deleted from our system and now a user wants to know who deleted it. Is there a way to get this information?

Is auditing enabled on your system? If the answer is "yes", I guess it can be found.

Perhaps you might want to check Log Miner:
Quote:
All changes made to user data or to the database dictionary are recorded in the Oracle redo log files (LF: you, of course, have redo log files) so that database recovery operations can be performed.

Because LogMiner provides a well-defined, easy-to-use, and comprehensive relational interface to redo log files, it can be used as a powerful data audit tool, as well as a tool for sophisticated data analysis.

By the way, if there are no that many employees, perhaps someone will "confess" that he/she had done that (so that you wouldn't have to investigate it in a more difficult way).
