If someone know is it possible to use streams between two schemas in same database than please let me know the steps to setup the streams.

yes i tried now i can replicate the data between two database but now requrement is such that i have to replicate the data in same database.

That is you created all objects, started capture, propagation and apply processes without any error and no modification are replicated?
