hi,

advanced microsystems is my customer as well as supoplier before upgarding oracle apps.and his bank number was also same.
after upgrading the oracle apps
his bank account number was changed to some othera and now he is only supplier not customer so how to rectify this isuue.

Hi,

1. what do you mean by upgrading?
2. why there is a color change in forms both are from same instance?
3. if both are differen instance then goto help > Record history and find who has done the changes
4. if you want to deactivate the bank account give end date or if you want do deactivate the address Uncheck the Active option

my issue was solved.
during migration the data didnt enter correctly.
