Hi,

delete from emp t1 where rowid <>
(select max(rowid) from emp t2
where t1.empid = t2.empid
and t1.ename = t2.ename
.....................
....................);

would delete the duplicate rows..

In the above solution, I take emp to signify tablename. However, what are empid and ename?
Is empid a uniquely identified column?
not quite sure about ename??
