No idea what the source of problem is, but what's wrong with this ?

Create or replace view vwTest1 (cust, custnum, order)
as
select tablea.cust, tableb.custnum, tablec.order
from tablea, tableb, tablec
where tablea.cust_id = tableb.cust_id
and tableb.cust_name = tablec.cust_name;
