describe all the tables with table name
as the heading.(script)

I hope this is what you wanted!!!

Spool Result.sql
Select ' Prompt ' || TNAME || Chr(10) || ' Desc ' || TName From Tab
Spool Off

@Result.sql

Give it a Try, iam not sure with your question, if this is not the case, could you be more specific with your question!!
