Help:Net8 Assistant can't run??? [message #368179]

Hi all,
I have installed oracle8.0.4 successfully,but when I run Net8 Assistant,it can't be started and CPU almost be occupied 100% by java.exe.

I had reinstalled Oracle many times and this problem
is still existent!
Has anyone could help me?

Hi,
I believe there is a patch for this problem.
You can go here and download it.
ftp://oracle-ftp.oracle.com/server/patchsets/wgt_tech/server/windowsNT/network/net8/80407/

Or down load the newer version of client 8.0.6
and install, it will solve your problem.
