Hi All.

I was wondering if any of you know how UNIX reads blocks of data off of the disk? I am running Solaris, and I know that there are logical blocks on the
disk. But what I was wondering was will Solaris read multiple blocks into the buffer cache with one I/O? Is there a way of finding this out?

Thanks,

Brad
