while I was configuring the primary database
I failed to change the parameter db_file_name_convert for the primary DB with the value of path of datafiles of both primary and standby and got the error

ORA-02096: specified initialization parameter is not modifiable with this option
-----------------------

and when I opened TOAD I found that parameter is not system modifiable

can any one help me.

You need to scope=spfile and bounce the database to change ths parameter
