switchback to primary database [message #355084]

One time activated standby database,
Is it possible switchback to primary database without restore backup ? although i had set up primary database to be a new standby database receiving and applying the archives, so they are synchronized.

My version is standard database.

Data Guard isn't available in Standard Edition.

In this case you have to recreate the primary before switching back as you created the standby.
