my database is in mounted state but is not in open mode;
when i issue command

alter database open
or
recover databse until cancel;
and then
alter database open resetlogs;

then give error
ora-01194 system01.dbf needed more recovery to be consistence;

my application server is in Noarchive log mode;

pls help me it is Urgent;
