Shell Script to Invoke Sql Loader [message #346835]

Hello,
Here I have a scenario...
I need to invoke my sql loader using Unix Shell Script.
Challenges: The script has to ask for Username/Password.

Being new to this, i need your help.
Can you people guide me through?
