I am trying to write a file in the Client Side on a network but failed to do so. I am using UTL_FILE package - that doesnot allow that. Since I'm not using Forms or Developer/2000 or Developer6i, so I cannot use TEXT_IO package. Please help.

UTL_FILE is only useful to read and write on Oracle server .
