after install oracle on RHEL5.1
the "tnslsnr.exe
" not start automatic when the system is started
how I make some programs are started automatic when the system is started?

This is a Linux question not an Oracle one.
Put a script that starts it in /etc/init.d directory.

If you are on Linux, where are you finding tnslsnr.exe?

To start lsnrctl automatically, check Automating Database Startup and Shutdown.
