XML Publisher_unable to find the tool bar in MS WORD [message #333270]

Hi Folks,
Its a time happened to me t run my XML application for a couple of weeks.To my surprise I am able to design the template, but the tool bar like Data,Insert,Preview,Tools,Help is missing. How do I restore it??
I know re-install will help still wondering to find an alternative.
