Hi,

Can we change customer ship_to and bill_to once order is picked in 11.5.9.Rite now its not allowing me to do that. Is there any setup where we can do that.

you can't do the changes after the order lines()/ship set(s) pick-released/confirmed

If you want to do the same chaange the processing constraints setups.. normally people will do this

I want to change customers details once either Order is Booked or its Picked.

I am new to OM. Can you please explain me the processing constraint setups, so that I can overcome this problem.
