not get archivelog in v$archived_log view [message #323659]

i create logical standby database (cold backup).

i get all archive log file in standby arch destination but not that display in V$archived_log view

why?

You made DR by cold backup Cool

do they require archive file ? every thing is consistent.

When we create DR we have to open it like
SQL>STARTUP MOUNT;
SQL>ALTER DATABASE RECOVER MANAGED STANDBY DATABASE DISCONNECT;

After this if you issueon primary
SQL>alter system switch logfile;

Then we see information in V$ARCHIVED_LOG
