hi guys,

the following event has occured in alert log.hw

Thread 1 cannot allocate new log, sequence 41758
Checkpoint not complete
Current log# 1 seq# 12122 mem# 0: /dev/md/oradb/rdsk/d300
Thread 1 advanced to log sequence 41758
Current log# 3 seq# 15466 mem# 0: /dev/md/oradb/rdsk/d302

what are the steps do we need to resolve this event in order to complete the checkpoint?

kindly revert me with the steps.
