OK, I read it, and once again I find myself yelling at a roomful of startled collegues: "All that is digital is not data!"
By all means think of wonderful things to do with streams of bits. We have definitely not even begun to scratch that surface.
But don't come telling me your stream of bits is data and still less it's a database.
