LOL! Probably a personnel management problem :)
A few years ago Addison-Wesley was looking at extracting chapters from their text books to custom build readings for college classes. I guess they would have a plain white cover that says "Readings for Dr. Foobar's Database 101 Class" and chapters from assorted references.
