Best. What is best???? For you the best is one thing for me probably
completely other thing.
OK I think that one has to use naming conventions that at least
1) he likes 2) are consistent and not chaotic 3) he can enforce to use by all other team members 4) makes development/maintenance easier 5) are written on paper and shown to everyone that tries to add somevalue to the project
6) are accepted by wide developer society.
