I am looking for write-ups for the third edition of SQL FOR SMARTIES on statements like UPSERT, MERGE, DELETE FROM .. INTO.. and other "fancy stuff" for changing tables that came into SQL after the original INSERT, UPDATE & DELETE. Anyone got something sitting around?
