I think you misquote the point. I'm quite sure that Neo ment to say that a
day does not have 24 hours (duration), and concluded that there is no such
time (point in time) as 24 (thus mixing duration and time). Why bother to
write 24 as 23.99999.... if they where considered equal.
Whether 23.99999... is in fact the same as 24 is another matter. Left as an
exercise to the reader :-)
