Ditto. And there isn't anyone I intentionally left off the list -- I was just trying to think back to some months ago when the flavor of the list changed. Gene and other ardent relational theorists have also been much more civil than the list was when I first chimed in, all of which is appreciated.
I also like mAsterdam's start at a glossary and hope we can make some
progress on that front so we can perhaps help with some amount of progress
in the profession.
