This is a variant on the "everything is a thing" idea.

Objects have private implementations and public interfaces. The private implementations are encapsulated, from the point of view of other objects interacting with the object in question.

Since "everything is an object", why then "everything is a capsule!"

Well, maybe everything except an onion. Once you finish taking the outer layer off an onion, there is no onion left! Is this like the mountain, after which there is no mountain?
