That is correct. Because symbols and strings are also data, they are entered at the logical level. It is possible to enter redundant logical data whether it be a person, a string, or a symbol. That the string 'brown' can be logically normalized and yet name many things is shown at www.xdb2.com/Example/ThingsNamedBrown.asp
