I am looking for a good overview of advantages and disadvantages of
modeling-techniques as ORM, UML and ER-modeling.



Disadvantage ER: Less expressive


Disadvage UML: Too technical


Advantage ORM: Easy to read for everybody



I hope you can add someting to this small list.
