My company are sending me on a training course with the aim that I
will be the 'database person' in the future. It's a small software
development company and the main work would be modelling database
schemas and then implementating them in Informix. A lot of the
applications development have a web frontend, Websphere and Java are
used most often. I've been asked to list the topics that I want a
theory course to cover (Informix training is seperate). I know the
basics of relational data modelling, anyone have any suggestions as to
what topics I need to know, course would be one week max.
