Datawarehouse dimension Q

I trying to build a R-DW using the star schema.

My problem is one of the dimensions.
Assuming my table is as follows 10000 accounts(static) with a maximum of 3 parent levels:

accounts (account_number,account_description,parent1,parent2,parent3)

which I believe is fine.
But what about the parent description? Do I add this to the account dimension?
Also some accounts may only have one or two parent levels does this matter?
