There have been numerous requests for extensions due to the NSF ITR competition deadlines. For fairness to everyone, we are granting this extension to all. Note that March 8 will be a hard deadline.

If you have already submitted your paper and would like to take advantage of the extra days to improve your paper, you may send a replacement paper.
