OBE error

Hi,

I need advice regarding following

When running Report Builder 6.0.8.8.3 on Oracle 9i I am getting following error when selecting a tables in the wizard.

OBE-15409: Error in loading constraint information for EMPNO (PK_EMP)

OBE-15409: Error in loading constraint information for DEPTNO (FK_DEPTNO)

at the same time when trying to build query with query builder OBE60 at the log errors are following

OBE-15952: User privilege table not loaded

OBE-15950: No Query Builder tables--Database open/save is disabled

---

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

irrespectively of users (scott, sys, system)
