Manually convert data from ZHS16GBK to UTF8 on ORACLE 8(Character Set US7ASCII)

Hi
I want to extract some chinese data. data are stored in ORACLE 8 (DB Character Map is US7ASCII) but data are using NLS_LANG ZHS16GBK internally.

But I met a problem with covertiong to UTF8.

So I have tried to use convert() (function). But I could not figure out the resolution for converting.

If you have any idea. Please let me know that.
