UTL_SMTP and attachments

Early this year I wrote an article on utl_smtp and working through all of the issues surrounding it. I've offered it to Oracle - who have not fallen over themselves to take it. I've also got version 8 and version 9 packages built to support the article. Total size of the article (MSWord) and attachments are ca. 150K, so I won't post them here. However, if you have interest in the topic let me know and I'll be happy to email you a copy.
