Niy, all the v$ views are documented in the Oracle version# Reference Manaual.

PID NUMBER Oracle process identifier SPID VARCHAR2(12) Operating system process identifier  

Serial# is in v$session. It is an Oracle generated value used in combination with the SID to create a unique session identifier.
