Hans,

The .server, .misc, and .tools, and .marketplace have been the result of a discussion to split comp.databases.oracle 'Officially' comp.databases.oracle doesn't exist anymore, and many providers (eg my own) do not distribute it anymore. One would do better to discourage posting to comp.databases.oracle, making it finally extinct.
