Thanks for your help Jim, I really appreciate it!
I have one question, this query is dynamic, so there may be like 4 of 6 records I need to retrieve. So would need to query for the most recent 4 records of 6. Could I use a sub query somehow (it is really late where I am). I'll have to look at this again in the morning :]
