Permissions problem I think??

I can connect to our oracle server from my workstation fine while logged in
as a local administrator but when i logon locally as a normal user it fails
with the following errors
ORA-12545 Connect failed because target host or object doesn't exist
and
FRM-40735 :ON-ERRORtrigger raised unhandled exception ORA-03114.
The permissions on the c:\orant and c:\orant\bin folders are the same as on other workstations where oracle connects fine for all users. Where else would I check the permissions? Please help. Received on Sat May 10 2003 - 14:40:14 CEST
