Get in touch with your Sun rep and tell them you need to get in touch with the SOATC (Sun/Oracle Application Technology Center). It may have been renamed recently, but they should know what you're talking about. They'll send you a couple of questionnaires that you'll need to get info from your client to fill out then they'll do a sizing for you.

Other than that, I've always maintained that "Oracle" is from the Greek for "buy more memory". As much as you can possibly fit in the box is sometimes enough.
