Hi Lakshmi,

When I totally delete Oracle from Windows I usually make there steps:

  1. Go to control panel and reset for all started Oracle services starting mode from Auto to disable
  2. restart windows
  3. delete Oracle directories in file system (usually there are oracle homes and directory in program files).
  4. start regedit program and clean registry from Oracle keys.
  5. restart windows
