Connection to System/Manager Question

Hello,
I have a customer that installed my table, FK's and procedures into the system schema and incresed the system table spaces upto 300 meg. Every morning when they first connect using system/manger using my login, SQL Plus, DBA Studio, ... their is a huge pause ( 3 - 4 minutes ) before they get a reponse .... now the next login is very fast.
Any Ideas or Input would be appreciated.
