How to configure oracle enterprize manager on oracle

Hello ALL!

Can i configure oracle enterprize manager for oracle 7. if I can then kindly tell me the steps for that. if not then please tell me the steps to cofigure OEM V1 on oracle 8.1.7 and tell me that wich taskes can i perform through OEM.(post me link for nay artical avaiable on web).
