what this error means and how to solve it?

When we try to connect we receive this error.
Unable to allocate 4096 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","BEGIN
RESHQCURRESTYPE.RESHQC...","PL/SQL MPCODE","BAMIMA: Bam Buffer")
How to solve this problem?
We have shared_pool_size = 52188262
When I disconnect all users, we didn't get this error.
What do we have check this case?
What can we do?
