Data Dictionary and information about packages!

Hi guys.
Is there any way to find out what procedures, functions, types are in a
package? Furthermore is it possible to find out what are the parameters for
these procedures, functions and the type of them?
Somehow all the database browsers manage to get these information but I
don't know how.
Querying the Data Dictionary Views I only managed to find out the existing
packages and the source of them, but nothing more beyond that.
Can you give me a clue?
