Easily. Though my guess is that it is a Pentiu 4 so you will need to go to http://otn.oracle.com and find the Pentium 4 work-around.
And you should remember that 8.1.6 is no longer supported and that for only $40 USD you could have 8.1.7 or 9.2 or just download them for free.
