Hello!

It seems that you are really a newbie. You can not install Oracle database on ME, nor any other DOS based Microsoft's operating system (95, 98, 98 SE,...).

You can install it on Windows NT 4, 2000 and XP Professional (not Home Edition).

Of course, installing it on Linux would be even better.
