Oracle Forms - text_io

Hello!

i need one quick help

i want to generate html file in my forms application without usinf Reports

so on click on the button i want ot file trigger, which writes in html file some data, head of html file will be static, but body will be fetched form sql sentance, which is quite huge
that sentance returns few rows, so is it possible to threat returned data as one string, or must i use "plsql tables", which i'm not familial with.
