If you have a support contract then surely Oracle will be able to help.
If you are trying to source the software and licenses then try and lookup
your local Oracle reseller as an
alternative to going direct to Oracle.
If you were based in the UK, we would have been able to help but judging from your phone number, I assume you are based in US.
