update query in d2k

hi guys,

the problem is that while inserting values from form,for i.e there are 10 textfields,d2k creates its own query to insert all values,but if in Database there are 12 values and hence I want to insert 2 more values after doing some calculations it won't do that.

the thing is that in the form there is INSERT button on click of which d2k executes that procedure to insert values.In same procedure or even other procedure if i update that inserted row it wont do that.

how to do both insert/update queries on click of one button as they are in same procedure.

do revert it is urgent guys.
