corruption with direct io

We got this error when we are applying archieve log created at the
production database to standby
database.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3020], [121846845], [1],
[523],[128729], [16], [], []
Environment : Tru64 5.1 Oracle 8.1.7.3
This error occurs when direct i/o is enabled. When we disabled direct
i/o we never get this error.
